LIGHT A CANDLE AND SAY A PRAYER: When you are not able to attend church, you can purchase a candle from our church website (home page or video-streaming page), which will be lit before the following service or a service that you specify. Please give specific names, living or deceased, that you would like Father to remember in prayer. Father will light candles one hour before each service. For Sunday services, please place candle orders prior to 8:00 am Sunday morning.

EVENTS AND ACTIVITIES:
GOYA COFFEE AND BREAD SALE TODAY: Our GOYA members will be selling Greek coffee and Frappe, TODAY, Sunday April 27th, along with loaves of Greek bread at coffee hour. Please make a purchase and support the activities of our young people!
MOTHER’S DAY BRUNCH: Make your reservations today for the Hellenic Cultural Center’s annual Mother’s Day Brunch, Sunday, May 11th, from 11:00 am – 3:00 pm. Your $40 adult ticket includes an all-you-can-eat Brunch buffet, family photo booth, and a complimentary cocktail and gift for mom! Call the HCC office at 734.525.3550.
HOPE AND JOY COFFEE HOUR CRAFTS: Next Sunday, May 4th, there will be Mother’s Day craft activities available for young people, Pre K – 12 years, at the regular Coffee Hour, while the parents have a chance for some “adult talk” with Father Teodor and Deacon George. Light snacks will be made available for the children, in addition to regular Coffee Hour donuts, etc.
PHILO and GOYA MEETINGS: Next Sunday, May 4th, following the Divine Liturgy service, there will be meetings for our St. Cons’ GOYA in the Board Room, and the St. Helen Philoptochos in the HCC hall. If you are a member of either group, please plan to attend. Year-end and Summer activities, and Elections will be discussed.
NAME DAY DINNER DANCE: Our Saints Constantine and Helen Name Day Dinner Dance will be held on Saturday, May 17th. This is always a fun family event with great food and great music, and lots of great company! Tickets will be available beginning next Sunday. BIBLE STUDY Our Adult Bible Study group will begin Tuesday evening meetings next week, Tuesday May 6th, at 7:00 pm. The group meets weekly, for study and discussion of the Book of Matthew on the ZOOM platform. Link: https://zoom.us/j/7345256789, Meeting ID: 734 525 6789. All adults are welcome to join, No pre-registration is needed.
VACATION BIBLE SCHOOL! Our Vacation Bible School, for young people Pre K – 6th grade, will be held the week of June 16 – 20. As you plan your summer vacation and camp schedules, save this week for the kids to have a fun time learning about their faith! More information coming soon!

VOLUNTEER THANK YOUS! Many thanks to all the parishioners and parish ministries who put in many volunteer hours to help prepare for Great Lent, Holy Week, and Easter services and activities. What a joyous journey we have taken together!
MEMORIAL SERVICES: Please call the church office to schedule all memorials and coffee hour sponsorships at least two weeks in advance. On the day of the service, please bring a list of family names you would like Father to remember in prayer. The requested Coffee Hour Sponsorship donation is $200. Koliva will be distributed to parishioners at the coffee hour; if you wish to bring in paximadia, koulourakia, or other dry cookie it may also be distributed.
REMEMBER THE CHURCH IN YOUR WILL: You’ve supported the church your whole life, remembering us in your estate plan will help the church when you’re gone. Consult your estate planner or contact the Church office for information. We are grateful to our parishioners who have left bequests to the church in the last few years. Their loving legacy made a big difference! May their memory be eternal.
