Fellowship Hour
Today's Fellowship Hour is offered by the Grey Family. Thank You!
Can You Decorate an Icon?
We are looking for people who can either decorate an icon or who would like to fund decorating an icon for the 5 Fridays of the Salutations to the Theotokos. We are asking $50 if you wish to fund it. If you are interested, please see Father.
Outreach is Looking for Some Volunteers
Would you like to help out your fellow parishioners, especially the elderly? The Outreach Ministry now has a Helping Hands Ministry and is looking for people who would be interested in volunteering some time for the needs of the elderly. Could you spend a little time mowing a lawn, putting in an air conditioning unit, doing some cleaning or shopping? If you would like to be put on an availability list for doing some volunteer work for the elderly, please contact Elena Newman ([email protected]). Thanks for your generous spirit!
Governor’s Proclamation for Greek Independence Day
We will be commemorating Greek Independence Day at the State House with the Governor reading the traditional proclamation on Thursday, March 27 at 4:00 pm. Everyone is invited to participate and celebrate!
Spring General Assembly
All the stewards of our parish are invited to exercise their stewardship at the Spring General Assembly on Sunday, April 6 about noon. You can see the agenda for the meeting elsewhere in this bulletin.
Do You Want the Monthly Bulletin by Mail?
We are transitioning to sending the monthly bulletin only by email. If you would like to receive a printed bulletin, you may pick one up at the church or send your home address to [email protected].
Mark Your Calendar
Presbytera Dr. Jeannie Constantinou will be coming to our parish to speak about Thinking Orthodox: Ancient Solutions to Modern Problems on Saturday, May 3. The event will take place at the St. Methodios Faith and Heritage Retreat Center in Contoocook, NH. There will also be a “camp day” for our GOYANs and Young Adults. This event will be open to our whole Metropolis, so if you know anyone in other parishes who might be interested, please let them know. Further details will be coming.
Can You Make a Meal for Someone in Need?
The Outreach Ministry is starting a Meals Ministry and is looking to have some meals ready in the freezer if any of our parishioners need something for themselves or someone else. Would you be willing to make something? Make a dish and bring it to the church freezer. Please label it with the date, the name of the dish, reheating instructions, and ingredients.
If you would need a meal or would like to bring a meal to someone you know, feel free to take something from the freezer. Please let a member of the Outreach Ministry know!
