At that time, Jesus revealed Himself again to the disciples by the Sea of Tiberias; and He revealed Himself in this way. Simon Peter, Thomas, called the Twin, Nathanael of Cana in Galilee, the sons of Zebedee, and two others of His disciples were together. Simon Peter said to them, "I am going fishing." They said to him, "We will go with you." They went out and got into the boat, but that night they caught nothing. Just as day was breaking, Jesus stood on the beach, yet the disciples did not know that it was Jesus. Jesus said to them, "Children, have you any fish?" They answered him, "No." He said to them, "Cast the net on the right side of the boat, and you will find some." So they cast it, and now they were not able to haul it in, for the quantity of fish. That disciple whom Jesus loved said to Peter, "It is the Lord!" When Simon Peter heard that it was the Lord, he put on his clothes, for he was stripped for work, and sprang into the sea. But the other disciples came in the boat, dragging the net full of fish, for they were not far from the land, but about a hundred yards off. When they got out on land, they saw a charcoal fire there with fish lying on it, and bread. Jesus said to them, "Bring some of the fish that you have just caught." So Simon Peter went aboard and hauled the net ashore, full of large fish, a hundred and fifty-three of them; and although there were so many, the net was not torn. Jesus said to them, "Come and have breakfast." Now none of the disciples dared ask Him, "Who are you?" They knew it was the Lord. Jesus came and took the bread and gave it to them, and so with the fish. This was now the third time that Jesus was revealed to the disciples after He was raised from the dead. .

¹في ذلك الزمان أَظْهَرَ أَيْضاً يَسُوعُ نَفْسَهُ لِلتَّلاَمِيذِ عَلَى بَحْرِ طَبَرِيَّةَ. ظَهَرَ هَكَذَا: ²كَانَ سِمْعَانُ بُطْرُسُ، وَتُومَا الَّذِي يُقَالُ لَهُ التَّوْأَمُ، وَنَثَنَائِيلُ الَّذِي مِنْ قَانَا الْجَلِيلِ، وَابْنَا زَبْدِي، وَاثْنَانِ آخَرَانِ مِنْ تَلاَمِيذِهِ مَعَ بَعْضِهِمْ. ³قَالَ لَهُمْ سِمْعَانُ بُطْرُسُ: ((أَنَا أَذْهَبُ لأَتَصَيَّدَ)). قَالُوا لَهُ: ((نَذْهَبُ نَحْنُ أَيْضاً مَعَكَ)). فَخَرَجُوا وَدَخَلُوا السَّفِينَةَ لِلْوَقْتِ. وَفِي تِلْكَ اللَّيْلَةِ لَمْ يُمْسِكُوا شَيْئاً. ⁴وَلَمَّا كَانَ الصُّبْحُ ، وَقَفَ يَسُوعُ عَلَى الشَّاطِئِ. وَلَكِنَّ التَّلاَمِيذَ لَمْ يَكُونُوا يَعْلَمُونَ أَنَّهُ يَسُوعُ. ⁵فَقَالَ لَهُمْ يَسُوعُ: ((يَا غِلْمَانُ أَلَعَلَّ عِنْدَكُمْ إِدَاماً؟)). أَجَابُوهُ: ((لاَ!)) ⁶فَقَالَ لَهُمْ: ((أَلْقُوا الشَّبَكَةَ إِلَى جَانِبِ السَّفِينَةِ الأَيْمَنِ فَتَجِدُوا)). فَأَلْقَوْا، وَلَمْ يَعُودُوا يَقْدِرُونَ أَنْ يَجْذِبُوهَا مِنْ كَثْرَةِ السَّمَكِ. ⁷فَقَالَ ذَلِكَ التِّلْمِيذُ الَّذِي كَانَ يَسُوعُ يُحِبُّهُ لِبُطْرُسَ: ((هُوَ الرَّبُّ!)). فَلَمَّا سَمِعَ سِمْعَانُ بُطْرُسُ أَنَّهُ الرَّبُّ، اتَّزَرَ بِثَوْبِهِ، لأَنَّهُ كَانَ عُرْيَاناً، وَأَلْقَى نَفْسَهُ فِي الْبَحْرِ. ⁸وَأَمَّا التَّلاَمِيذُ الآخَرُونَ فَجَاءُوا بِالسَّفِينَةِ، لأَنَّهُمْ لَمْ يَكُونُوا بَعِيدِينَ عَنِ الأَرْضِ إِلاَّ نَحْوَ مِئَتَيْ ذِرَاعٍ، وَهُمْ يَجُرُّونَ شَبَكَةَ السَّمَكِ. ⁹فَلَمَّا خَرَجُوا إِلَى الأَرْضِ نَظَرُوا جَمْراً مَوْضُوعاً وَسَمَكاً مَوْضُوعاً عَلَيْهِ وَخُبْزاً. ¹⁰قَالَ لَهُمْ يَسُوعُ: ((قَدِّمُوا مِنَ السَّمَكِ الَّذِي أَمْسَكْتُمُ الآنَ)).¹¹فَصَعِدَ سِمْعَانُ بُطْرُسُ وَجَذَبَ الشَّبَكَةَ إِلَى الأَرْضِ، مُمْتَلِئَةً سَمَكاً كَبِيراً ، مِئَةً وَثلاَثاً وَخَمْسِينَ. وَمَعْ هَذِهِ الْكَثْرَةِ لَمْ تَتَخَرَّقِ الشَّبَكَةُ. ¹²قَالَ لَهُمْ يَسُوعُ: ((هَلُمُّوا تَغَدَّوْا!)). وَلَمْ يَجْسُرْ أَحَدٌ مِنَ التَّلاَمِيذِ أَنْ يَسْأَلَهُ: مَنْ أَنْتَ؟ إِذْ كَانُوا يَعْلَمُونَ أَنَّهُ الرَّبُّ. ¹³ثُمَّ جَاءَ يَسُوعُ وَأَخَذَ الْخُبْزَ وَأَعْطَاهُمْ وَكَذَلِكَ السَّمَكَ. ¹⁴هَذِهِ مَرَّةٌ ثَالِثَةٌ ظَهَرَ يَسُوعُ لِتَلاَمِيذِهِ بَعْدَمَا قَامَ مِنَ الأَمْوَاتِ.

Brethren, knowing that a man is not justified by works of the law but through faith in Jesus Christ, even we have believed in Christ Jesus, in order to be justified by faith in Christ, and not by works of the law, because by works of the law shall no one be justified. But if, in our endeavor to be justified in Christ, we ourselves were found to be sinners, is Christ then an agent of sin? Certainly not! But if I build up again those things which I tore down, then I prove myself a transgressor. For I through the law died to the law, that I might live to God. I have been crucified with Christ; it is no longer I who live, but Christ who lives in me; and the life I now live in the flesh I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave himself for me.

يَُّا إِخْوَة، نَعْلَمُ أَنَّ الإِنْسَانَ لاَ يَتَبَرَّرُ بِأَعْمَالِ النَّامُوسِ، بَلْ بِإِيمَانِ يَسُوعَ الْمَسِيحِ، آمَنَّا نَحْنُ أَيْضاً بِيَسُوعَ الْمَسِيحِ، لِنَتَبَرَّرَ بِإِيمَانِ يَسُوعَ لاَ بِأَعْمَالِ النَّامُوسِ. لأَنَّهُ بِأَعْمَالِ النَّامُوسِ لاَ يَتَبَرَّرُ جَسَدٌ مَا. فَإِنْ كُنَّا وَنَحْنُ طَالِبُونَ أَنْ نَتَبَرَّرَ فِي الْمَسِيحِ نُوجَدُ نَحْنُ أَنْفُسُنَا أَيْضاً خُطَاةً، أَفَالْمَسِيحُ خَادِمٌ لِلْخَطِيَّةِ؟ حَاشَا! فَإِنِّي إِنْ كُنْتُ أَبْنِي أَيْضاً هَذَا الَّذِي قَدْ هَدَمْتُهُ، فَإِنِّي أُظْهِرُ نَفْسِي مُتَعَدِّياً. لأَنِّي مُتُّ بِالنَّامُوسِ لِلنَّامُوسِ لأَحْيَا لِلَّهِ.مَعَ الْمَسِيحِ صُلِبْتُ، فَأَحْيَا لاَ أَنَا بَلِ الْمَسِيحُ يَحْيَا فِيَّ. فَمَا أَحْيَاهُ الآنَ فِي الْجَسَدِ فَإِنَّمَا أَحْيَاهُ فِي الإِيمَانِ، إِيمَانِ ابْنِ اللهِ، الَّذِي أَحَبَّنِي وَأَسْلَمَ نَفْسَهُ لأَجْلِي.

At that time, there came to Jesus a man named Jairus, who was a ruler of the synagogue; and falling at Jesus' feet he besought him to come to his house, for he had an only daughter, about twelve years of age, and she was dying. As he went, the people pressed round him. And a woman who had had a flow of blood for twelve years and had spent all her living upon physicians and could not be healed by anyone, came up behind him, and touched the fringe of his garment; and immediately her flow of blood ceased. And Jesus said, "Who was it that touched me?" When all denied it, Peter and those who were with him said, "Master, the multitudes surround you and press upon you!" But Jesus said, "Some one touched me; for I perceive that power has gone forth from me." And when the woman saw that she was not hidden, she came trembling, and falling down before him declared in the presence of all the people why she had touched him, and how she had been immediately healed. And he said to her, "Daughter, your faith has made you well; go in peace." While he was still speaking, a man from the ruler's house came and said, "Your daughter is dead; do not trouble the Teacher any more." But Jesus on hearing this answered him, "Do not fear; only believe, and she shall be well." And when he came to the house, he permitted no one to enter with him, except Peter and John and James, and the father and mother of the child. And all were weeping and bewailing her; but he said, "Do not weep; for she is not dead but sleeping." And they laughed at him, knowing that she was dead. But taking her by the hand he called, saying, "Child, arise." And her spirit returned, and she got up at once; and he directed that something should be given her to eat. And her parents were amazed; but he charged them to tell no one what had happened.

⁴¹ في ذلك الزمان دنا إلى يسوع انسان اسْمُهُ يَايِرُسُ قَدْ جَاءَ وَكَانَ رَئِيسَ الْمَجْمَعِ فَوَقَعَ عِنْدَ قَدَمَيْ يَسُوعَ وَطَلَبَ إِلَيْهِ أَنْ يَدْخُلَ بَيْتَهُ ⁴²لأَنَّهُ كَانَ لَهُ بِنْتٌ وَحِيدَةٌ لَهَا نَحْوُ اثْنَتَيْ عَشْرَةَ سَنَةً ، وَكَانَتْ فِي حَالِ الْمَوْتِ. فَفِيمَا هُوَ مُنْطَلِقٌ زَحَمَتْهُ الْجُمُوعُ. ⁴³وَامْرَأَةٌ بِنَزْفِ دَمٍ مُنْذُ اثْنَتَيْ عَشْرَةَ سَنَةً ، وَقَدْ أَنْفَقَتْ كُلَّ مَعِيشَتِهَا لِلأَطِبَّاءِ ، وَلَمْ تَقْدِرْ أَنْ تُشْفَى مِنْ أَحَدٍ،⁴⁴جَاءَتْ مِنْ وَرَائِهِ وَلَمَسَتْ هُدْبَ ثَوْبِهِ. فَفِي الْحَالِ وَقَفَ نَزْفُ دَمِهَا. ⁴⁵فَقَالَ يَسُوعُ: ((مَنِ الَّذِي لَمَسَنِي!)) وَإِذْ كَانَ الْجَمِيعُ يُنْكِرُونَ ، قَالَ بُطْرُسُ وَالَّذِينَ مَعَهُ: ((يَا مُعَلِّمُ ، الْجُمُوعُ يُضَيِّقُونَ عَلَيْكَ وَيَزْحَمُونَكَ ، وَتَقُولُ : مَنِ الَّذِي لَمَسَنِي!)) ⁴⁶فَقَالَ يَسُوعُ: ((قَدْ لَمَسَنِي وَاحِدٌ ، لأَنِّي عَلِمْتُ أَنَّ قُوَّةً قَدْ خَرَجَتْ مِنِّي)). ⁴⁷فَلَمَّا رَأَتِ الْمَرْأَةُ أَنَّهَا لَمْ تَخْتَفِ ، جَاءَتْ مُرْتَعِدَةً وَخَرَّتْ لَهُ ، وَأَخْبَرَتْهُ قُدَّامَ جَمِيعِ الشَّعْبِ لأَيِّ سَبَبٍ لَمَسَتْهُ ، وَكَيْفَ بَرِئَتْ فِي الْحَالِ. ⁴⁸فَقَالَ لَهَا: ((ثِقِي يَا ابْنَةُ ، إِيمَانُكِ قَدْ شَفَاكِ، اِذْهَبِي بِسَلاَمٍ)).⁴⁹وَبَيْنَمَا هُوَ يَتَكَلَّمُ ، جَاءَ وَاحِدٌ مِنْ دَارِ رَئِيسِ الْمَجْمَعِ قَائِلاً لَهُ: ((قَدْ مَاتَتِ ابْنَتُكَ. لاَ تُتْعِبِ الْمُعَلِّمَ)). ⁵⁰فَسَمِعَ يَسُوعُ ، وَأَجَابَهُ قَائِلاً : ((لاَ تَخَفْ! آمِنْ فَقَطْ ، فَهِيَ تُشْفَى)). ⁵¹فَلَمَّا جَاءَ إِلَى الْبَيْتِ لَمْ يَدَعْ أَحَداً يَدْخُلُ إِلاَّ بُطْرُسَ وَيَعْقُوبَ وَيُوحَنَّا ، وَأَبَا الصَّبِيَّةِ وَأُمَّهَا. ⁵²وَكَانَ الْجَمِيعُ يَبْكُونَ عَلَيْهَا وَيَلْطِمُونَ. فَقَالَ: ((لاَ تَبْكُوا. لَمْ تَمُتْ لَكِنَّهَا نَائِمَةٌ)). ⁵³فَضَحِكُوا عَلَيْهِ ، عَارِفِينَ أَنَّهَا مَاتَتْ. ⁵⁴فَأَخْرَجَ الْجَمِيعَ خَارِجاً ، وَأَمْسَكَ بِيَدِهَا وَنَادَى قَائِلاً: ((يَا صَبِيَّةُ ، قُومِي !)). ⁵⁵فَرَجَعَتْ رُوحُهَا وَقَامَتْ فِي الْحَالِ. فَأَمَرَ أَنْ تُعْطَى لِتَأْكُلَ. ⁵⁶فَبُهِتَ وَالِدَاهَا. فَأَوْصَاهُمَا أَنْ لاَ يَقُولاَ لأَحَدٍ عَمَّا كَانَ.
