On July 10, 2025, in the city of Hot Springs, Arkansas, a new church of the Slavic Vicariate, dedicated to the Icon of the Mother of God “Life-Giving Spring” held its Door Opening which was celebrated by His Eminence Archbishop Elpidophoros of America. During his visit to Arkansas, the Archbishop also blessed the thermal spring and the exhibition space “Eastern Christianity”.

Limberakis, MD, National Commander of the Archons of the Ecumenical Patriarchate and Archon Grand Aktouarios, issued a statement to his fellow Archons in which he writes that the Archons of the Ecumenical Patriarchate "note with dismay and indignation the attack by Israeli settlers on the Palestinian Christian village of Taybeh in the West Bank, and call upon the Israeli government to take immediate and unequivocal action against the perpetrators."
