PHILOPTOCHOS TREE OF LOVE—Father Nick will offer prayers for all those named on the Tree of Love on Sunday following liturgy. If you ordered ornaments, you are invited to take them off the tree. There are no specific names on the ornaments.

CHURCH SCHOOL CHRISTMAS PAGEANT - Rehearsal on December 15 and Christmas program on December 21. Please come out and support our young people as the tell the story of Christ's Nativity.
HOPE/JOY HOT COCOA AND COOKIE DECORATING ON DECEMBER 20. We hope you can come for an evening of Christmas fun on December 20 at 6:00 pm. We will share a meal, have hot cocoa and decorate cookies. Contact Anna Finneran if you have any questions.

FRIENDS OF THE METROPOLIS END-OF-YEAR APPEAL When you support the Friends of the Metropolis campaign, you become a greater part oft he ministry of our Holy Orthodox Church to serve the people of God. The Friends Program funds activites to educate the youth, help our parishioners grow in their faith, share our Orthodox faith with our neighbors, and so much more. STEWARDSHIP DONATIONS FOR 2024 must be received no later than Sunday, December 29 in order to be counted, deposited and applied to 2024 giving. 2024 Contribution statements will be emailed in January to everyone who has an email address on file, and will be printed as requested by those who need a paper copy. THE CHURCH IS HERE FOR YOU In times of need or times of celebration, there are a number of pastoral situations that warrant contacting Father Nick.
- Any Hospital Stay: Illness, Surgery, etc.
- Death - Call when a person is dying and at the actual time of death, regardless of the hour!
- Substance abuse involving you or a loved one.
- Domestic problems of any sort, Marital or children.
- When you desire spiritual direction.
- Birth of a child, (naming, and 40 day blessing).
- When you become engaged and are planning a wedding.
