47th Biennial Clergy-Laity Congress Begins Sunday, June 30 - In Christ, We Are One! The 2024 Clergy-Laity Congress is set to begin this Sunday, taking place from June 30 - July 4, 2024 in San Diego, CA at the Sheraton San Diego Hotel & Marina. Visit the Clergy Laity web page for news and updates. Representing Nativity is Nancy Kurys and Christina Tzilos. Ange1a Kheir and Sophie Vlahakis will attend on behalf of Philoptochos. Please pray for travel mercies and opportunities for learning and service as the Archdiocese gathers.
CONGRATULATIONS TO TEAM NATIVITY There was a packed room for the Opa! Fest Annual Cook off and the final dishes were amazing! In a competition between St. Nicholas Troy and Nativity Plymouth with the secret ingredient being eggplant, Nativity Plymouth came out on top! Team Nativity included Louis Poulos, Pro (from Karl's) and Alec Tzeleps
THE SCOOP ON FESTIVAL FOOD PREP—Here are some dates for our festival food prep—mark your calendar and plan to come help.
- Week of July 8—Melos and Kourambiethes
- Week of July 15—Koulourakia
Souvlaki Prep—July 6 and July 8—We’ll need helpers to prepare for souvlaki on Saturday, July 6 and Monday, July 8. On Saturday, July 6 at 8 am we will be cutting and marinating meat. On Monday, July 8 at 10 am, we will be skewering the meat. Many hands make light work—bring your knives and help with this important task.
MEALS FOR THE ZEMBYLES-HERNANDEZ FAMILY The Zembylas-Hernandez family welcomed their new baby on June 1st! Taylor is the main caregiver for all the little ones (and her mom), while her husband and her father work, so these meals would be most helpful. St. Panteleimon Festival and Feast Day - Festival is Sunday, July 21 following Divine Liturgy at 10:30 am (Orthros at 9:30 am) Feast of St. Panteleimon is Saturday, July 27 - Orthros at 9:30 am, Divine Liturgy at 10:30 am with refreshments following. The Chapel is located at 7143 Cedar Rd in Lexington, MI
ATTENTION NATIVITY DANCERS In preparation for the Festival, Greek Dance Practices will take place TUESDAYS. All young people are invited to participate. Practices are scheduled for the following dates in the parish social hall.
July 2, 9, 16, 23, 30
August 6, 13, 20 (August 20 is an outdoor rehearsal)

BIDDIES - (Grades K-2) 6:30-7:00 pm
