THIS WEEK AT HOLY TRINITY:
Monday, July 1st: Hellenic Dancers (Older Kids only) 7:00 PM, Byzantine Music Fellowship 7 PM
Byzantine Music Fellowship welcomes all to join this chanting ministry. We are currently learning the Paraklesis service to the Theotokos, which is prayed every third Friday of each month and during various times in August. No experience necessary. Mark your calendars! Rehearsals will take place Mondays July 1, 8, 15, 22, and 29, 7-8 PM in the Veronie Community Center. For more information or to join, contact Elainie Lillios by phone or text 419-308-4341 or by email at [email protected].
PANTRY UPDATE! Our church pantry had one of its busiest months ever in May. We served approximately 72 households and a total of 109 people throughout the month. Our pantry shelves are depleted. We are especially in need of canned chicken, canned tuna, peanut butter, and jelly. Please donate! We are so grateful for all of our parishioners who generously support this ministry. Thank you!
Attention: Warm Hands to Warm Hearts (WHWH): Summer is a good time to look for yarn at garage, estate, yard, and rummage sales. We need to grow our yarn inventory to continue the good work of our lap blanket ministry which serves those in need in our local community. We are always in need of bright, happy colors! Just use the summer season as inspiration. Choose colors of summer foods, fireworks, or garden flowers and vegetables. Thank you for donating! Our next gathering will take place on Tuesday, July 30th, at 1 PM. For questions or more information, please contact Maria Petros at 419-473-2387 or Elena Perry at 419-265-6275.
ALTAR FLOWERS ARE NEEDED FOR: October 13th and December 1st. Cost is $50 for 2 beautiful vases. It’s a great way to show your support in honor or memory of someone and beautify our altar too! Call the Church office if you’re interested.
UPCOMING MEMORIALS: Christina Temple (40 days), Angela Brubaker Wilt (40 days), and Jeanette Stambolis (40 days) - July 7th
