01/20/2017
His Grace Bishop Antoun of the Diocese of Miami and the Southeast, Fr. Fouad Saba, and all the clergy and faithful at St. George Antiochian Orthodox Cathedral, Coral Gables, Florida, welcome you to South Florida for the 53rd Biennial Antiochian Archdiocese Convention. You will not want to miss all the exciting events in store for you July 23–30, 2017. It's time to register and make your plans now!
The AC2017 Convention Committee has designed wave after wave of family fellowship events including spiritual growth, educational workshops, and wonderful family fun events and activities.
Please note the following with regard to Ticket Book pricing:
Child meals are offered for the Thursday and Friday evening events to make it more affordable for families to attend all events.
Ticket book pricing for Clergy and Clergy Wives, includes the Tuesday Clergy/Clergy Wives Breakfast – an additional $40 savings.
Club Saint George (daytime) includes lunch and will be offered Tuesday through Friday. Each day's theme will focus on an Antiochian saint. The teachings will be fun and interactive to educate our children in our faith.
Kids Dinner and Social (Tuesday and Saturday evenings) – These two events for children 4–12 are now included in the Child's Ticket Book. It is our goal to allow parents the ability to attend the Order of St. Ignatius Dinner as well as the Grand Banquet knowing their child is safe and enjoying an event specially created for their child(ren). It is also a great opportunity for our children to get to know each other at an early age and develop friendships that will last a lifetime, as many of us did when we were this age.
Download the pdf schedule to review the events and click on online registration button to choose your tickets.
Prior to receiving their Convention Badge, all youth under the age of 18 must submit a completed and signed Parent Consent Form and all Teens must submit a completed and signed Teen code of Conduct Form even if the parent(s) or legal guardian(s) is/are present at the Convention.
